eNable Announces BIZTech 

Last week, we at eNable Business Solutions proudly announced the opening of the first location of our BIZTech Business Resource Centers. 
 
BIZTech is designed to make small business-oriented business products conveniently available within a particular business or office park.  Each location will include a showroom allowing a customer to review our major products such as TalkSwitch and eDrawer, up close and personally.  In addition, BIZTech will carry technology products and supplies, such as basic business PCs, cables, phone self-maintenance supplies, and battery backups that businesses frequently needed on short notice.  Unlike the "big box" stores which usually lack product knowledge, we will support what we sell.
 
Other features of BIZTech include:
  1. The "Big Brain" Desk, where you can drop by for quick, free assistance with your technology problems.
  2. A full slate of free seminars on various technology topics.
  3. A fully-equipped conference room availabe without charge to non-profit organizations, and for a nominal charge to businesses.
  4. A complete set of suporting services, allowing us to be your IT department, whenever you need us.
  5. Free coffee at all times.
Our first location is located at 5950 Crooked Creek Road, Suite 250, in Norcross, right in the heart of Technology Park.

New Laptop Backpack for Road Warriors
In the course of my review of new products, I ran across a blog entry discussing a new product - the Mobile Edge Scanfast.  It is a backpack system designed to allow laptops to be scanned without removing them, making travel through airport security checks quick and (relatively) painless.
 
The backpack is made out of ballistic nylon for durability, and holds the laptop in a "butterfly" compartment, which opens easily for scanning, and closes just as easily.
