We at eNable recognize that our products and services are available from many other vendors, and in some cases you may even find a cheaper source for our products. It is our belief however that a product is only as good as its service and support. In that area, we believe we are second to none. When you call our office for help, your call is answered by a person, not a menu. -
We make it a point to know our customers, and the nature of each of their businesses. When you call us, you will get an intelligent answer that takes your needs into account, not a "one size fits all" answer. -
We don't start the clock when you call. If you have a quick question, we answer it at no charge. Consultations and advice are always free. -
If you are ever dissatisfied with our service, and we fail to make it right, you don't pay. Period. -
We work to maintain a strong relationship with our suppliers. When you have a need, we use that relationship to get it resolved. -
As a customer, you will have my direct line and email address. I monitor email seven days a week, normally between 6 AM and 10 PM. If you need help and can't get it any other way, email me or leave me a voice message. I will respond. If you talk to any of our customers, we are confident that they will confirm what I am telling you. That being said, I realize that the only way you will know for sure is to give us a try.
